At Zeiton (USA), we aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for all customers. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery expectations, address change rules, and customer responsibilities.
1. Transit, Handling, Delivery & Cut-Off Time
Handling Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders received after 4:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
Transit Time
Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location and carrier processing times
Total Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time: This is the combined time of handling and transit. From the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your door, the estimated delivery window is 5–9 business days (Monday to Friday).
Cut-Off Time
- Daily order processing cut-off time: 4:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time).

Eastern Standard Time (EST) (GMT-05:00)
2. Shipping Rates
A flat shipping fee of $15 USD is applied to all orders, regardless of order size or quantity.
3. Shipping Method
We ship through trusted carriers:
- UPS
- USPS
- FedEx
- DHL (for international orders)
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
4. International Shipping
Currently Unavailable
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Order Adjustments
You may request order changes (size, color, quantity, etc.) only if the order has not yet been processed.
- Once an order is processed or shipped, no adjustments can be made.

6. Changing the Shipping Address
Shipping address changes are only possible before the order is processed.
To request a change:
Email: support@zeiton.shop
Include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Corrected address
If the order has already shipped:
- Zeiton cannot reroute the package
- Customer must contact the carrier directly
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Carrier name
- Tracking number
- Tracking link
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:
- Check mailbox, neighbors, building office
- Wait 24 hours
- Contact the carrier
- Contact Zeiton support if unresolved
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If the shipping address entered is incorrect:
- Zeiton is not responsible if the package is lost or delivered to the wrong location
- No refund will be issued for orders delivered to the incorrect address provided by the customer
If the package returns to us due to an incorrect address:
- Customer must pay reshipping fees
9. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before they are processed.
Once the order is processed or shipped:
- It cannot be canceled
- Customer must complete a return after receiving the package

10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the package and the product
- Email: support@zeiton.shop
- Include:
- Order number
- Photos
- Description of damage
Zeiton will determine whether to:
- Replace the item
- Issue a refund
- File a claim with the carrier
In most cases, the customer will not be responsible for return shipping on damaged items.
11. Sales Tax
Zeiton is required to collect state and local sales tax on orders shipped within the United States where applicable.
Tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- State tax requirements
